Oily wastewater exists in many industries and comes from places like hydropower stations, power plants, machining, steel rolling, fertilizer production, glass making, oil refining, oil depots, railways, and shipping. If oily wastewater is discharged directly, it not only seriously pollutes the environment but also wastes water and oil. Oily wastewater is widespread and produced in large amounts—it can appear during operations in hydropower stations, oil extraction, oil refining, petrochemical processes, oil storage and transportation, oil tanker accidents, shipping, vehicle washing, machinery manufacturing, and food processing. Oil pollution, as a common type of contamination, is highly harmful to environmental protection and ecological balance. We've done thorough research on this, developed effective oil removal methods, and are continuously innovating. Our company's coalescing-based oil-water separation technology is a high-tech solution we've developed. 一、技术特点
(1)采用"粘附聚结"与"亲吸性分离"技术相结合，去油污高效，快速。
(2)先去除水面上浮油，其次去除水中的微粒油份，再去除水中的超细油粒分子和水中的有机物及臭味，最后达标
排放。
(3)油污在线实时探测，并实现自动排放。
(4)处理后的排放水达到国家GB8978综合排放标准(水中含油5mg儿L，悬浮物30mg/L).
1. Technical Features
(1) Combines 'adhesive agglomeration' and 'affinity separation' technologies for efficient and fast grease removal.
(2) First removes floating oil on the water surface, then removes tiny oil particles in the water, and finally removes ultra-fine oil molecules, organic matter, and odors, achieving standard discharge.
(3) Oil pollution is detected online in real-time, with automatic discharge.
(4) The treated water meets the national GB8978 comprehensive discharge standard (oil content in water 5 mg/L, suspended solids 30 mg/L).
