大流量冲洗装置
主要适用于处理机械油、液压油、压缩机油、齿轮油等工业油。能快速去除杂质。广泛适用于石油、化工、矿山、冶金、电力、交通、机械制造、铁路等行业的各种净化处理。
一、技术特点：
(1) 滤除杂质能力强，大面积、深层次的精密滤材；
(2) 在线运行中排水，采用优质滤材，耐腐蚀，耐高温，除杂质能力强，且安全可靠；
二、 各种选项：
(1) 根据用户需要，可选配工业PLC智能控制器、触摸屏、变频器装置，有移动式、固定式、拖车式、全封闭式等。
(2) 根据环境需要，设备设有常规电气控制系统与防爆电气控制系统。
(3) 可选配带累计功能的流量计、在线水分检测仪、在线颗粒检测仪、油液脱色降酸再生装置。
(4) 设备罐体及管道设有普通碳素钢和不锈钢材质供选择。
High-Flow Flushing Device
Mainly used for treating industrial oils such as machine oil, hydraulic oil, compressor oil, and gear oil. It can quickly remove impurities and is widely applicable for purification processes in petroleum, chemical, mining, metallurgy, power, transportation, machinery manufacturing, and railway industries.

(3) Optional flow meters with cumulative function, online moisture detectors, online particle detectors, and oil decolorization and acid-reduction regeneration devices;
(4) The equipment tank and piping are available in ordinary carbon steel and stainless steel materials.
